Implant Dentures
Have Your Cake and Eat It with Implanted Dentures
If you’ve lost teeth, several options are available to replace them. Two of the most popular are dentures and implants. Both have their benefits. Dentures are easily removable, and caring for them is straightforward. Implants, on the other hand, use titanium posts anchored into your jaw for maximum support.
So what if you can’t decide between dental implants and dentures? What if you want a natural bite and a lifelike smile with the simplicity of removable teeth? With implant dentures, you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Implant Dentures Explained
Implant-supported dentures offer a revolutionary approach to replacing multiple missing teeth. They combine the stability of dental implants with the comprehensive coverage of traditional dentures, providing a secure and comfortable restoration for your smile.
The foundation uses a series of well-positioned and securely placed titanium implants embedded into your jaw. On top of these, you can attach a set of custom-made, removable, natural-looking dentures.
The Benefits of
Implant Dentures
For a Natural Bite
Unlike traditional dentures, implant dentures are anchored to the bone. This gives your removable smile better stability, meaning you can bite and chew anything comfortably and confidently.
For a Full Smile
With custom-made dentures, your teeth will be designed to be perfect in colour, texture, size, and shape, giving your smile a bright and natural appearance. Every detail will look and feel like it belongs.
For Improved Confidence
From laughing and smiling to talking and eating, your implant dentures can help you feel good about yourself. They are perfectly crafted to enhance your smile, and the implants provide the stability you can trust.
For Complete Convenience
Although dentures are hard-wearing, you will need to replace them one day. Implant dentures are easily removable for cleaning and eventually fitting replacements. You can simply detach and reattach your dentures whenever necessary.
For Precision Care
From our carefully considered patient-centred approach to the clinical innovations that improve results and your comfort levels, we’ll ensure that every step in rebuilding your smile is a positive experience.
For Life
Although your dentures may eventually need replacing, the implants that support them are a once-in-a-lifetime enhancement that will act as a foundation for your smile for many years to come.
The Implant Denture Journey
Your Consultation
When you first come to see us about implant dentures, we’ll have a thorough chat. We’ll examine your mouth and take detailed X-rays or scans. This helps us assess your bone structure and plan the best implant positions. We’ll also discuss your medical history and any concerns you might have. We’re here to listen and address all your questions.
Finally, we’ll create a tailored treatment plan, including a timeline and cost breakdown.
Creating Your Smile
On the day of surgery, we’ll ensure your comfort and use local anaesthetic. Next, we’ll carefully place the implants into your jawbone. The number of implants depends on your individual needs, but it’s usually four or six per jaw.
After placing the implants, we’ll provide you with a temporary denture to wear while your implants heal.
Completing Your Journey
You’ll return to see us once your implants fully integrate with your jawbone, which usually takes a few months.
We’ll attach small connectors to your implants. These will secure your new dentures in place. We’ll fit your custom-made dentures, carefully adjusting them to ensure a comfortable fit and natural appearance.
Finally, we’ll show you how to put in and remove your new dentures and care for them properly.
